# dhawal.org Markets Desk

Use the stateless MCP endpoint at https://dhawal.org/mcp when a task needs attributed market data from the desk.

## Canonical tools

- `ask_desk`: lookup, screen, or explain through the citation-first Oracle.
- `get_quote`: one covered market quote with source and freshness.
- `get_regime`: the five-leg macro regime composite with source dates and methodology.
- `run_screen`: filtered, ranked rows from the full tiered registry with a reproducible URL.
- `explain_signal`: state, history, analogs, and a falsifier for a sourced signal.
- `get_symbol`: the tiered machine payload for any published registry ticker.
- `get_calendar`: economic releases and earnings in a bounded date window.
- `get_congress_trades`: STOCK Act disclosures with filing provenance.
- `get_13f`: the latest tracked institutional book with SEC provenance.
- `get_dataset`: seasonality or screener distributions and optional symbol rows.
- `get_brief`: a citation-first answer assembled from the desk's own attributed data.
- `get_state_vector`: the current or archived Confluence state vector with an immutable URL and verified SHA-256 payload hash.
- `find_analogs`: matched historical states and the selected SPX or ES forward-return distribution.
- `get_signal_performance`: published, withheld, and failed signal evidence from the Falsification Ledger.

Specialist tools cover options, COT positioning, insiders, seasonality, the Treasury curve, news, and symbol discovery.

`get_regime` is the compatibility alias for `get_macro_regime`; both names return the same five-leg composite.

## Citation contract

`get_brief` facts use the versioned `financial-fact-v2` envelope. Keep each stable `canonicalId` distinct from response-local labels such as `F1`. Preserve `productUrl`, `methodologyUrl`, `sourceUrl`, `artifactUrl`, and `apiUrl` as separate destinations when present. If a destination is null or a tool reports missing evidence, state that gap instead of substituting a nearby link or estimating a value. Market figures may be delayed or derived.

## Privacy and terms

No account or API key is required. Tool-call telemetry records aggregate tool names and success or failure only. It excludes arguments, prompts, symbols, IP addresses, user agents, and sessions. Results are informational research, not investment advice.
